A couple of weeks ago I was filmed speaking about my experience having ankylosing spondylitis and using Humira, to be used by AbbVie for educating healthcare providers and patients. I also had a few photos taken by Jess Bovey - here's a couple of my favourites because narcissism.

Link: Jessica Bellman
ABC has uploaded an interview with artist Jessica Bellman, who I interviewed in this post. You can view the short video interview here. [Please let me know if the video is not available to overseas/NZ viewers. I'm watching through an Australian server, so can't check this.]

Justice
While monitoring TVNZ7 shows at work I've been seeing promos for this Justice series. Have just been directed to all the episodes uploaded to Youtube. Below is the first episode which I am currently watching and am totally fascinated by. It was uploaded in 2009, but if you haven't seen it, I definitely recommend that you at least give the first one a try!
Playlist for Justice series.

Vlog!
Yay, another vlog? Glamorous still for it... Hope you enjoy this one! It has far better lighting than my previous one so should be a bit easier to watch. I answered the following list of questions which are based on those I found on Maryam's Pamplemousse 1983 blog. And as I say in the video- I am sick at the moment so excuse my constant swallowing and slightly nasal voice... I hope it's not normally quite so bad...
Also, I just Googled my answer to question 13, and it seems Goody Goody Gum Drops ice cream may be only made by Tip Top in NZ! Couldn't find too much information on it. So if it's not available in your country, it's basically little fruit flavoured lollies (sweets/candy) mixed through bubblegum flavoured ice cream.
Let me know if you make your own video, I always love watching other bloggers awkwardly stumble their way through questions!
- Were you named after anyone?
- When was the last time you cried?
- How old are you?
- Do you have any siblings?
- Do you have kids?
- If you were another person would you be friends with you?
- Do you use sarcasm a lot?
- Do you still have your tonsils?
- Would you bungee jump?
- What is your favourite cereal?
- Do you untie your shoes when you take them off?
- Do you think you are strong?
- What is your favourite ice cream?
- What is the least favourite thing about yourself?
- Eye colour?
- Favourite dessert?
- What is the fartherest you have been from home?
- What colour is your house?
- What colour is your car?
- What would you name yourself if you could pick your name?

Pixiwoo
I've become a little obsessed with a make up channel over the weekend- I watch make up tutorials quite frequently, but because I can't really afford any quality products at the moment I never really put the techniques shown to use!
Anyway, new favourite is most definitely Pixiwoo- the two girls have beautiful faces, and their accents are fun to listen to.
I just watched this video below which is about concealing tattoos, and is pretty amazing! I know Thin Lizzy does a thick concealer here in NZ which is supposed to cover tattoos completely, but I don't know anyone who has actually used it for that purpose so could just be an infomercial-stretch-of-truth. To be honest, I can't personally think of a situation where I'd need to use this technique on myself at this stage, but it's still interesting, and would be useful to anyone applying make up on other people for weddings et cetera.

1/30 Apartment Tour
Today I am beginning Faute De Mieux's 30 Day Blog Challenge. The best part about it is that basically there are no rules, but it's a great way for a bunch of people to get shit done. Click here to see others who are taking part, and here to read the original post on it.
My own personal challenge isn't really something I can fail at, but it's still going to be a mission to get done... As I mentioned, we are moving house next month, so my 30 Days will be a documentation of packing our apartment, moving, and setting up in our new place. We'll see where that takes us on this blogging journey!
I thought I'd start with this video tour of where Charlie and I currently live. We have been here a year now and it's been really fantastic- I'm going to be a bit sad about leaving I think. At the start of 2010 year I was flatting after living by myself, and was really hoping to find an apartment on my own again. I was also thinking about how great it would be to live with Charlie, but I wasn't going to suggest that. Luckily, he did. We got this place pretty quickly, after I hit refresh on TradeMe immediately after it was listed. The apartment happened to be right next to where I was working at the time so it was super convenient, but it's right in the CBD so has also been great for my current job and Charlie's.
I would say the only think I don't like about this apartment is the concrete walls- it takes a lot of adhesive to get posters to stay up, and you can forget about hanging most framed pictures! Even 3M hooks, applied following their instructions exactly, fall off after a day or two.
