alice, i completely agree with you about drawing being a skill that can be learned, with practice, diligence, & discipline. my high school art experience was kind of discouraging. my art teacher never said anything really negative. i just wasn't considered as good as the great art students. i liked hearing about your childhood drawing with your sister and dad. :)
